It is widely spreaded in NorthAm cause is easy integrated with Amazon and UPS order venues and has a lot of experienced users. It has rational order flow and easy to build estimates and bills. Would be great to have builded in full cycle accounting and reporting tools. Awesome tool could be build in treasury management solution to have payment capabilities. It is necessory to add integration of multi-modal freight services like COSCO, SMC, MSC etc. to have conteighner tracking and netting dispatch on warehouse. Could only take dollars out to the 2nd decimal Couldn't enter a quaniity of say 2.5 (for charging labor hours) No place to add at a vendor level our vendor terms and automatic discounts that should be applied to all parts under that vendor. The concept of how this software should work is impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fishbowl Inventory? 1. There are lots of hidden costs. We had already signed a contract when we learned there would be an additional cost for them to host us, run basic reports, and add users. 2. We are trying to integrate with QBO and it's messy. 3. We have found several areas where the software malfunctions and miscalculates our data. It could have put us out of business if we trusted this data and made decisions accordingly. I spoke with the VP of Customer Support who said that they do not disable malfunctioning reports or notify their customers. They also said we should use intuition to know when our reports are wrong vs trusting their numbers. I'm still in shock over that statement. I'm terrified at the possibility that our data isn't safe and we cannot trust their reports. At this point, we've invested 2 months of everyone's time and a lot of money, So we plan to stick it out and see if things improve, but I will not be surprised if we have to get an attorney involved in the future.
