**What do you like best about Fireside?**

I found the top-notch CRM too including an automated mailroom, relational database, mobile-ready newsletter, & casework. this tool helps us a lot in our official work

**What do you dislike about Fireside?**

I don't mind their service, just their customer service is a bit slow, and live chat doesn't solve all the problems. Most of the time, they issue tickets, which take a long time to resolve.

**What problems is Fireside solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of this tool, our company stores all its customer records or data in an organized manner, in which information such as customer's name, number, email id, address etc. is kept.
