The off-the-shelf system is great, but it still requires customization. From a training perspective it made it difficult to isolate what I needed to teach the loan processors, this software made that process ridiculously easy. **What do you dislike about inGain SaaS Loan Management System?** I can't say I dislike it but one of the issues we had was that it didn't integrate well with our learning management system, which we had work arounds so that's why I was 50/50 on bringing up this fact. **What problems is inGain SaaS Loan Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem we have is the speed in which we can review and process loans, this solved the issue for us almost overnight, beyond that it was easy to train folks on the new system. ### 8.
