FirstResponse911 is configured to continuously monitor the CAD, including notes, and automatically notifies the EMS provider as the call progresses with critical information (e.g., address change, priority change, or a violent scene). The automatic transfer of call data has proven to save 1,000s of dispatch hours annually by eliminating manual contact between 9-1-1 call centers and responding agencies.
