FirstPass™ is an AI-powered corporate tax return review platform that helps accounting firms significantly reduce review time while improving consistency and preserving professional judgment. Designed for Canadian T2 and U.S. 1120/1120-S corporate tax returns, FirstPass™ analyzes tax returns alongside supporting financial statements and documents to identify potential errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and areas requiring professional attention. The platform features standardized review checklists, customizable review templates, and an AI Chat Assistant that helps practitioners investigate issues, prepare review notes, and draft client communications. Unlike tax preparation software, FirstPass™ operates as an independent, software-agnostic review layer. It helps firms codify senior practitioners' institutional knowledge, standardize review processes, and reduce repetitive checking—allowing experienced accountants to focus on matters requiring professional judgment.
