**What do you like best about FirstMile?**

This tool offers a great shipping solution. The best feature is that it allows our customers track their imports at every stage of the shipping route.
The platform is also affordable and fast. It's promotes profitability in our company as people from all walks of life are able to source any products from our company through Firstmile.

**What do you dislike about FirstMile?**

The platform has been great and profitable to our company. I have no complains so far.

**What problems is FirstMile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool ensures our products reach out customers with easy without any security issues. We never acquire losses with the platform.

It enhances service quality, reduces costs and acts as unified shipping carrier, it integrates with leading shipping platform making it easy for us to compare prices

Shipping carriers sometimes add third party costs on first Mile , making it expensive

It helps in price comparison across different shipping carriers and gives a snapshot of various shipping carriers in one place
