Did not do state taxes even though they advertised that they would" 0/5 What do you like best about Firstbase Start? Onboarding and the taking of my money was very fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Firstbase Start? The product is a complete mess. Accounting straight up doesn't work. You can't do basic things like change the category of a transaction. You have to ask an accountant to do it for you and they will ignore your messages. Their tax team straight up did not do my state taxes even though I paid for state compliance AND their website stated that they do do state taxes I am now in a whole world of trouble.
