First Move Assessment is a pre-hire assessment built for the trades. Candidates face real situations from the seat they are hired for and pick the move they would make first. Each report scores that instinct against a written standard for the seat and gives interview questions tied to the results. Owners use it before the interview to see how a finalist thinks on the job.
