Their AML software automates a pretty wide range of processes, for example, customer identification and verification, and moreover, constant monitoring. It is like having a KYC consultant telling me all that I need to know in my ear. **What do you dislike about First AML?** They are limited in the way that he sometimes wished it were more flexible when setting up risk assessments according to client’s profiles. For example, it would be most helpful to be able to set up my weighting based on my industry and fine-tune the weighting for unique risks accordingly. **What problems is First AML solving and how is that benefiting you?** First AML has relieved me from the boring task of having to perform the activities involved in AML compliance manually.
