What do you like best about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

I think that firmex is extremely intuitive and easy to use. We find it very useful for sharing information with the respective parties in all our deals. Customer support has also been on point, particularly when we are trying to look for a feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

The platform is very secure and robust. We could easily navigae through documents due to user friendly interface with much ease to add, delete, amend, redact etc. The intuitive interface is well developed for all transactional needs. Customer support has been exemplary.Any queries or issues regarding user access, USB Archive etc.were addressed promptly and ensuring we were fully satisfied with the resolution by frequent check-in. The high standard of service provided by Firmex will allow me to use their services time and again. I highly recommendtheir services to any organization in need of a reliable and efficient dataroom. "An essential tool to support compliance"

What do you like best about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

I like the search function and opening multiple tabs to toggle between them.

An interactive link, in the legislation to open up other document, direct would be super helpful, as the documents all refer to each other and it gets complicated quite quickly.

I really like the compliance overview documents as they are super helpful and really support my role in a fast and efficient way when explaining to key stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

We appreciate the feedback and great to hear your opinion of being an essential tool to support compliance. In terms of the centralization you are looking for, we do offer Global login to see all of the data rooms you are active in, as well as offer a subscription. Perhaps your login credentials or level of access is impeding you from seeing this.

What do you like best about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

Very easy to use. The training was good but unnecessary. It's a logical system that allows for flexibility and a wide array of options when sharing docs. We had no issues with implementation and several of us use the platform regularly. Customer Support was needed initially and they were great - we had one issue we needed help with and we had the answer in 3 hours. What do you dislike about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

There was some confusion on how to share documents and then allow people to easily download the documents they needed. We were able to figure this out with Support and we haven't had any issues since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As for implementation, it's all turnkey on our end as we can have your data room up within an hour after processing a signed agreement.

What do you like best about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

What do you dislike about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

Sometimes I think figuring out permissions when there are multiple folders in a data room could be a little easier, but I'm being nit picky just to have some sort of minor negative. Also, I would like to be able to delete groups or people without having to contact customer service, but I understand the reason this is set up the way it is. Thanks for the feedabck on the ease of use and our customer service team, as both of those are part of our competitive advantage within the industry. We offer one of the only solutions with the ability to upload/download 50 GB within the browser at a time. As for deleting groups and users, you can do that through the group tab via drop down arrows that are available as you do not have to contact support if you have the admin ability to do so. Thanks for the feedback on the user-friendliness of our interface and the support response, as both of those are competitive advantages we have over our providers in the VDR space. As for seeing specific document permissions, we have a tool called View As which allows you to see what guest users have and don't have access to.

We appreciate the feedback when it comes to user interface and the intuitiveness of the platform. Our upload feature has been improved to allow up to 50 GB of data which is the most in the industry, as industry standards are 5 GB. We are also in the process of improving our current UI look to be more updated.
