As for logging in, having the robust security of a VDR such as Firmex, requires our clients to login every time to mitigate risk.

We're glad to hear that our search features are making it easier for you to find data and information. We strive to provide tools that enhance your efficiency and productivity, allowing our users to text search within the document with OCR and not just search through titles is something not all providers can facilitate. We do offer a landing page, if you login through the global login which can be found at the top right of our webapge or through this URL login.firmex.com. It will take you to a landing page that shows all of the active data rooms you have access to.

Thansk for the feedback on the excellent user interface we provide, always great to hear. As for the bulk download process, we offer 1 USB archive for every transaction package which will allow you to get all of the data room contents on to that drive. Alternatively you can bulk download the content to your local device which my support team would be happy to assist with. Thanks for the feedback on your experience. Sounds like it has been a beneficial tool for you when sharing information externally in an easy and secure way. As for the document uploads, we do that the ability to notify users immediately, this is a customization that can be done by the proejct admin. If users have access to that particular piece of information this feature is available. We also have reporting functionality around document activity email notifciaitons.
