The training was good but unnecessary. It's a logical system that allows for flexibility and a wide array of options when sharing docs. We had no issues with implementation and several of us use the platform regularly. Customer Support was needed initially and they were great - we had one issue we needed help with and we had the answer in 3 hours. We offer one of the only solutions with the ability to upload/download 50 GB within the browser at a time. As for deleting groups and users, you can do that through the group tab via drop down arrows that are available as you do not have to contact support if you have the admin ability to do so. Managing a large amount of documents and giving various access and restrictions to different groups of buyers / consultants. As for seeing specific document permissions, we have a tool called View As which allows you to see what guest users have and don't have access to. Our upload feature has been improved to allow up to 50 GB of data which is the most in the industry, as industry standards are 5 GB. We are also in the process of improving our current UI look to be more updated.
