Firmex offers a mid-market price point for a top 5 platform that does over 15,000 plus data rooms a year, which is the most amount of deal volume in the VDR industry. In terms of indexing, I would love to learn more about why it is clunky and what you would like to see differently. I like the user interface much more than any other data room provider I have used before. The firm's plug-ins are great as well-They include Seclore document protection and file open document protection. These two features come in handy often. I've used the tool for more than three years already, and have never had a setback from it. Documents are always accesible and the tsupport team always let us know well in advance whenever that will be making improvements that require temporary shutdown of the application.
