I like Firmable because it has the most up-to-date relevant database of contacts for our region. This makes Firmable absolutely critical for us. I appreciate that the data system is filtered for Australian-only data, and I also find the short summary of the company useful when prospecting

I find that a lot of the data is dated or incorrect.

I also find it challenging to search for exactly what I'm looking for. For example, when searching by ABN, you can't find company data unless the spaces in the ABN are removed.

I've also tried searching for companies with no success, however, when searching for an employee's name, I can then navigate from that page to the linked company.

B) The service (when I had really expected none, which is what I was used to) has been SPECTACULAR to say the least. I have had calls to resolve issues, I have repsonses when I asked for additional data, and the courteous, friendly and helpful nature of ALL the people so far has been a breath of fresh air.
