**What do you like best about Firm360?**

We absolutely love the invoicing process and the ease of being able to edit and customize but still have the simplicity that is not overwhelming. The time feature has really been a benefit for our firm. All employees are able to keep track and be even more organized and not spend time keeping up with which projects etc they are working on! Customer Service has also been amazing and always to quick to respond and help. We have also loved the pricing and it really works well in our practice budget. As far as performance, there has been rarely any issues and is always up and running with speed!

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

We have not found anything we dislike about Firm360!

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved organization problems with being able to keep track of assignments, projects, billing and also being perfect with integrating with our tax software so we can print directly to it and saves paper and time!

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

The user interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate and helps both staff and management stay organized. Implementation was straightforward, and the system has improved our visibility into project status while supporting better overall firm productivity.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

While Firm360 is very comprehensive, some features come with a learning curve, particularly during the initial setup and onboarding. That said, once everything is configured, the platform becomes much easier to navigate and use day to day.

Firm360 has helped our firm eliminate many of the inefficiencies that come from relying on separate systems for CRM, project management, time tracking, invoicing, and document management. Firm360 has been very user friendly and efficient for engagement management. I especially like the centralized workflow, visibility into project status, and the ability for teams to collaborate and track progress in real time. It has helped improve organization, communication, and overall efficiency within our audit processes.

While Firm360 is very helpful overall, there are times where certain features or workflows could be more intuitive. Some processes can feel a bit repetitive or require extra clicks, and occasional lag/loading issues can slow down efficiency during busy periods. Additional customization and reporting flexibility would also be beneficial.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

Using Firm360 is helping us get rid of multiple systems by combining them into one. It did require a solid upfront time investment to design the workflow the way we need it. Once it was launched and aligned with our process, our professional staff have really enjoyed the reduction in administrative work, especially since we no longer have to manually communicate between the different systems we used before.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

1. The user role permissions aren’t detailed enough, and it’s hard to set up roles with the level of granularity I need.
2. The billing function could be more sophisticated, with more advanced options and flexibility.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I like that with Firm360, everything's right at hand on the front screen. It makes it easy to go into a client and send them secure documents right from there. Another thing I appreciate is how quickly we can get engagement letters signed upfront. Clients respond very well to that. We had wonderful support during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

The document management in Firm360 isn't as clear as we'd like it to be. We want to have separate categories and areas instead of one big list of documents. Although sorting is possible, we're unable to directly move a PDF to our electronic tax return program. We have to first move it to our desktop, which adds extra steps.

I like that Firm360 is easy to use. I appreciate being able to tie the billing to jobs, which helps prevent missed billings and lost revenue. I find it helpful to track the job process to see where we're at different stages, as it provides a real-time view and allows everyone to input their status on a job, instead of using Excel like before. Additionally, I like the reports.

Easy to manage multiple projects across multiple users. Easy to search for documents, get project updates, track time, contact clients, many features that streamline office efficiency. The layout is easy to navigate; tabs are clearly labeled and the interface is easy to catch on to.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

When clients message the firm, everything goes into one inbox and it's up to each employee to check to see if there are messages for them.

Communication and collaboration within the company. As we move toward more remote work, it's essential to be able to give and receive information seamlessly. Also easy to track time to a project or client. It serves as a document storage center and client messaging portal.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I like Firm360's easy to navigate user interface, and I appreciate that it is an all-in-one solution for handling contacts, projects, recurring projects, and invoices. It's user-friendly, which is a big improvement from our old system. I also enjoy the easy online payments through credit card and ACH, especially since they auto sync with Firm360 when paid.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

It lacks in some features that other project management companies are starting to roll out, like AI integrations, more custom dashboards and reports. Also, there is nothing to help see overall staff work in progress from a time perspective, or better capacity management, so this would be helpful. The dashboard could also use some customizations. The initial setup took a bit of time, hard to port over all the information and set up the projects, so not an easy transition.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I like that Firm360 keeps all our clients in one spot, making it easy to look up contact information for clients. Everything being centralized is a big plus for us. It really helps with project management and task management, especially when assigning tasks to specific employees. Job completion is tracked very easily, which I find efficient and beneficial, particularly because we handle many clients with a variety of projects and tasks.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

Connecting QuickBooks online for billing with Firm360 could be made easier. Currently, we're not using Firm360 for billing due to inefficiencies in handling tasks such as charging the appropriate taxes and detailing invoices for billable items. We're using outside software for billing tasks at our firm.

Firm360 helps us manage client databases effectively, centralizing project and task management. We can easily assign projects and tasks to our team, making the whole process smoother and more efficient.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

Firm 360 has lots of features created for accountants. There are workflow management tools, detailed reports for management, and many other features. You can create budgeted times for projects, so whenever time is entered the employee know if they meet the target. There is the ability to create templates for mass emails and letters. It also serves as data storage. it's an amazing all in one product.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

It is constantly being adapted to better meet accountant needs. That is great, but there are still some features that could be improved upon. The email sync doesn't work corectly when clients have multiple emails. Sometimes there are some random glitches that kick people out of the software.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

being able to track the progress of all my projects and time management. being able to sync up my emails so I don't have to manually upload them. send and request date directly from clients.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I like that it tracks the jobs we’re currently working on, so my co-workers and I can stay on the same page about progress. With just a quick click, we can update where we’re at on a task, see what’s already been completed, and keep everything moving forward. I also appreciate how straightforward it is to send detailed billing to our clients, since Firm360 keeps track of timesheets and lets us code time for billing within the same workflow. On top of that, our management team can pull reports for job costing and employee performance, which really pays off.
Setting up the product was a bit of a process but we had support the whole way through with guided tasks that made the transition flow smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

There isn’t much I don’t like about Firm360 overall. That said, it could use a more seamless way to integrate with QBO. We ultimately didn’t choose that option because the setup process felt a bit complicated.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our firm, we didn’t have a very reliable way to keep track of time spent on projects. We were stuck using different spreadsheets, which were easy to lose accuracy in and hard to compile into useful reporting. Now we’re able to pull reports and bill for the actual time worked, which puts us in a better position to price jobs accurately so we aren’t leaving money on the table. We’re also able to use some of this data for employee performance, since we can see where people might be spending extra time and then help train them better or make adjustments to our time budgets.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I like the projects page on Firm360, and how I can see all of my projects in one space. I do like that part. I also appreciate the ability to have full communication with the client from beginning to end using the portal. It really makes it easier for me to be able to get a high-level look at what's happening in the practice.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

I'm really having problems with the right signature feature. I don't like that the signature feature times out if the client doesn't respond. I thought that it continued to remind them that we're waiting on a signature. I would like it to not time out when it's waiting on people to sign and would prefer it to continue sending a signature request or maybe inform me that the client still hasn't signed after a certain number of reminders.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firm360 makes it easier to see all my projects in one space and allows full communication with clients through the portal. It simplifies getting a high-level view of what's happening in my practice.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I love how Firm360 has become the backbone of our organization, streamlining processes, centralizing documents, and improving workflow efficiency across our team. Its user-friendly design and task management features have been great for creating structure, accountability, and enhancing communication. I appreciate its secure method for sharing information internally and obtaining critical data. I also value Firm360's commitment to continuous improvement and the responsiveness of their support team. The centralized document management and workflow system is outstanding, especially with its secure portal for sharing directly with clients, and the e-signature to PDF merging, revision history, and direct integrations with programs like MS Office, Ultra Tax, and Adobe. Having a one-page form of client data that is customizable has been a game-changer. The onboarding team was amazing, helping us gather and verify everything into the platform, making the setup easy. Overall, we find it indispensable and continue to rely on it completely.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

It would be more helpful to be able to print directly into Firm360, instead of having to save documents and upload. Maybe a way to avoid the constant re-logging in (we understand that it is a security element) but in financial sector, we are on several screens, in several platforms, and need to be able to quickly access information or archive data without the added trouble to logging in with 2FA every 2-3 minutes.

Firm360 streamlines our processes, centralizes documents, and boosts workflow efficiency. It enhances collaboration, client service, and provides secure, centralized client data access.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I really like the easiness of finding what I need and the aesthetics of the Firm360 platform. Everything is clear, and whatever I need can be easily found through clear channels and pages. The details of the projects page allow for detailed searches, which makes productivity management enjoyable and obtainable for the work I do. The platform is also appealing to the eye, which adds an element of ease and enjoyment.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

Small features like downloading documents in bulk are problematic. At the moment, each document must be downloaded individually, and an option to select all and download into a zip file would greatly improve productivity. Additionally, the client messaging system could be improved. The client messages could automatically be assigned when the client replies to a message, and formatting options could be expanded. Integrations into the messages could be improved by adding links to invoices, uploaded documents, or buttons. The initial setup was complex.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I like that Firm360 is very user-friendly and convenient. I also appreciate the ability to customize many fields, which helps us manage our time more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

I wish there was an integration between CPAcharge and Firm360. It would also be nice if there was a way to have certain items from UltraTax store in specific document folders. Lastly, when adding a new client and selecting their appropriate 'services provided' options, I wish it would automatically add the corresponding project to that client.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Firm360 for time management, billing, and storing client data. It's user-friendly and allows us to customize fields, helping us manage our time more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

it allows me to manage clients pretty well, it is missing some things but overall its clean and easy to use. I would like to see some improvements that streamline tasks and utilize AI features that makes collecting documents better but clients overall had mostly good things or nothing bad to say about their experience with the client portal and my reminders.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

Needs to build out more templates to make easier. Also needs to find a way to better streamline manual tasks that take up a lot of time like creating document checklists, creating reminders for clients around quarterly deadlines and a mobile app would be great.

They have given me a one stop shop for managing client workflow, collecting my revenue and running my small tax practice.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

Merging Documents is very simple, Love the client center and how it has all the important information upfront.  The communication with the client, is smooth, as long as it's set up correct.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

Setting up projects is frustrating, it is not user friendly.  I find I create more projects that can be broken easily.  It seems it's less of a head ach to not add more than 3 automations before it causes issues.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we were using Office Tools.  360 has a better Document management system, Stronger Communication with Staff and Client, the workflows are better defined, and we have multiple ways to manage the projects at task and project level.  We were able to process returns this ear faster with more efficient communication with our clients.

Billing is clean.  Workflows are good.  Website runs faster than local storage.  Curious to see how easy it is or is not to navigate multiple years of documents on there.

Inability to directly email partner K-1s from the software.  A partnership client that has 100 partners - all 100 partners are not clients.  Needs to be a way to distribute K-1s to this folks in bulk without giving them full portal access.

Firm360 is best for keeping track of a vast array of projects simultaneously. I wouldn't know what to do without Firm360 during tax season when so many tax return projects need constant status updates.

The Firm360 client portal needs work. I don't think I've heard many positive reviews from clients regarding the portal. Their billing integration also is not very malleable and can cause issues across parent companies.

I like having everything in one place and the projects feature is great for monitoring where we are within a process. The initial setup was very easy, and they offer a client import that was helpful.

The tasks do not have a history time stamp feature, and we wish it would so we could use this as part of our audit documentation compliance. The initial setup was easy but time consuming to create our client list with all the data points. Although they offer a client import, getting the Excel file ready for import took some time.

**What do you like best about Firm360?**

I really appreciate the project tracking management feature in Firm360. It's great that everything is integrated together, meaning we don't need multiple accounts for different functions. Other firms might have to use separate software for things like document storage and invoicing, but everything being combined into one with Firm360 is a big advantage. I've also received positive feedback from clients about the client portal, and they like that they don't have to set up separate accounts as we use their information already on file. This streamlined approach means we're more efficient and cuts down on the back and forth communication significantly.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

The number one thing that doesn't work well is the signatures seem clunky and slow with RightSignature. However, it does work fine. I don't have any major complaints about it, but I know it could be better. Also, with the proposal feature, it would be helpful for a client to be able to select which option they want, since we do a lot of tiered proposals.

**What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Firm360 for managing everything in my accounting firm. It streamlined operations, reducing my admin time by 75% and helping me track projects and deadlines. It cut back on communication, letting me take on more clients and grow my team.

I really like the ease of use that Firm360 offers. It's particularly helpful that my clients can find their documents in the portal, and I can keep all their documents and information in one place, which makes it easy to find everything when properly labeled. I also appreciate some of the automation and the ability to manage clients and documents based on how they are filed. The initial setup was fairly easy, and the support was great.

Automated documents coming into the client action list instead of directly to the client's portal requires extra time to move them to the portal. All the lists are not alphabetical, which would be helpful. When loading documents, it would be great to have the option to make them visible for the client.

I really like Firm360 for its ease of use. It works the way you'd expect it to, which made it easy for our team at SARANTO LLC to adapt immediately. The integrations are valuable too; Firm360 works well with other industry software through Zapier and their API. The team behind Firm360 is also great—they're knowledgeable, accommodating, and continue to offer the same excellent service as when we first became clients about two years ago. They are very responsive, and the programming team consistently releases useful updates based on client needs. I can't overlook how the software helps us keep all our information in one place, track clients effectively, and maintain an overview of team workloads for better efficiency. The Stripe integration provides a clear view of Accounts Receivable which is quite helpful. Lastly, their support made the setup very easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

Currently Firm360 integrates with Stripe only for merchant processing. Stripe, functionally, has a very antiquated way to verify ACH. Many clients do not want to go through their process. ACH is less expensive for us to process payments, however, we have to use a secondary system to process that. I know they are working on upgrading this system and we look forward to it. Reporting, but they are also working on that.

This streamlined approach reduces the chaos typically associated with separate apps and tasks, making it much easier to manage various aspects of work without hassle. The convenience of built-in time tracking directly within workflows is a standout feature, as it makes what could be a chore effortless and seamless. Billing is made smooth and efficient through its direct connection to time entries and client data. Additionally, I appreciate Firm360 for helping to unify previously scattered tools, having made a switch from using a mix of tools including Karbon and separate applications for time tracking and billing. Its initial setup was notably convenient, making the transition smooth. Overall, the cohesive functionality of Firm360 drives a significantly better and more organized workflow for me.

**What do you dislike about Firm360?**

I find it frustrating that Firm360 automatically logs me out, which interrupts my workflow. Additionally, the two-factor authentication kicks in too frequently, which becomes annoying and disrupts my focus.
