FireZAP is a Brazilian customer service and sales platform for small and medium businesses. It brings WhatsApp (official Meta API or QR code), Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, webchat, email and SMS into a single shared inbox, where an AI agent answers customers 24/7 in text and voice messages, qualifies leads and moves each deal through a Kanban CRM automatically. Your team can take over any conversation at any time. Key features: AI agent that works with your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude), so you pay the provider directly with no per-message markup; voice calls through WhatsApp Calling and SIP extensions; departments and queues with ticket protocols; bulk campaigns and spreadsheet broadcasts; appointment scheduling with reminders; follow-ups; CSAT and NPS surveys; a public API and webhooks; and ready-made migration from Whaticket and ZPro. Plans start at R$ 97/month with a 7-day free trial and no lock-in contract. Interface and support in Portuguese, with English and Spanish available.
