Easy reporting system and great for posting course materials and homework assignments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Firefly? It’s impossible to submit student reports after the deadline. I mostly teach privately so some students still have lessons after the cut off for reports. Recommendations to others considering Firefly: Make sure all students are added to the reporting system as the beginning, otherwise it becomes difficult to add them later. A central system for students to view all academic information. There’s no excuse for missed coursework even if a student is absent. Notices can be posted directly to class groups. Often some of my students were missing but I think that was an administration fault and not a fault with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Firefly: Good for reporting but make sure all reports are submitted before the deadline as it's impossible to log them after the date set in the system (despite some classes or private lessons finishing later than others).
