I had used Artiva during my collection days. The best platform for all your collection needs, simplicity, and tracking all the customer info and payments. How can I forgot the call transfer options the best, with a simple one-click you could do that. The call transfer options without he hold. The UI could have been more interactive as well as the functioning. Sometimes we had to face application downtime for 2-3 days in a row which was a productivity loss for the business. " 3.5/5 What do you like best about Finvi? I liked the ease of use as a user and trainer and the ability to run "out of box" reports within the application. The software application easily integrated with our dialing system allowing a great flow for call center agents.
