Finstack is a Dutch SaaS platform for financial consolidation, reporting and forecasting, built for CFOs and controllers of scale-ups and SMEs with multiple entities. Finstack connects directly to accounting packages such as QuickBooks, Xero, Exact Online, AFAS, Twinfield, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and automates the full consolidation process: intercompany eliminations, multi-currency conversion, non-controlling interests and sub-consolidations. P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements are available in real time, alongside configurable dashboards and KPI tracking. A two-way sync with Excel and Google Sheets keeps existing spreadsheet models usable, and a template library accelerates forecasting and scenario planning. The accounting connection is live in 5 minutes and the tool is usually fully set up within a day, self-service; guided onboarding is available for teams that prefer a hands-off start or have complex group structures. More than 200 companies and 2,000 finance professionals use Finstack, saving an average of 12 hours per month on month-end close and group reporting. Finstack was founded by a former CFO and is built in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
