FinoraDesk is estimating, invoicing and bookkeeping software for contractors, freelancers and single-member LLCs, and it works where the job is. Install it on your phone from the browser and price a job in the customer's driveway: add the lines, apply the tax, and send a branded PDF before you drive away. It runs offline: a basement with no signal is no reason to wait until tonight. An estimate splits into labor and materials, and sales tax applies to the materials only, the way contracting work is taxed. When the job is won, the estimate becomes an invoice in a click, and every project shows its real profit as materials, subcontractors and payments land against it. Bookkeeping takes seconds: pick a category, type the amount, attach a receipt photo. The categories are the Schedule C lines in plain English, so year end produces a Schedule C worksheet, a 1099-NEC worksheet for every subcontractor, and W-2 and 941 for payroll. There is no account to create and no bank login.
