What do you like best about Fingerhut Recruiting?

How personal the entire experience felt. Adam isn't like other recruiters I've used in the past. He goes above and beyond to make sure it's not just another job, but something that's a mutual fit for the company and the potential employee. He continually asked me what I thought about the process and the company throughout the process and how I was feeling, and also checked in with me before and after every interview to see if I needed anything. Fingerhut Recruiting found a job opportunity for me, reached out and coordinated the entire interview and hiring process between the company and me. Adam helped me from start to finish and continually checked in on how the process was going and how I was feeling about the whole thing. Finding qualified candidates is very difficult and time-consuming, and Adam was able to provide a ton of value by taking in our requirements and presenting us with quality candidates. The short-term benefit is that we save time and effort that would have been spent trying to identify and screen candidates. The long-term benefit is that we can fill our team with uniquely qualified people who can help lead our team and our organization through their expertise and experience.
