The downsides of using Fingercheck is that employees frown upon having to complete frequent updates for the mobile app to avoid log in errors. There are many features that are difficult to locate. For example if staff wants sick /vacation time off, there is a few layers in to find out if they have enough time left in that category to grant that request. Also, when there is information that should be visible on a main page rather than buried in another layer. For example, when searching a staff, it will show a T to indicate terminated, but it will not show the date of termination.
