Neutral **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2020 **What do you like best about Fingercheck?** I like that the interface is easy to use.You are able to pin reports to the dashboard - that is a nice feature. **What do you dislike about Fingercheck?** The reports are limited and cannot pull from desired fields. There are are no accrual policies built in. There is also no way for us to have a question upon clock-out asking if the employee took a lunch break, was injured, etc. This is proving to be very incapacitating. **What problems is Fingercheck solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is enabling us to keep track of punches at work sites and to figure out how much people need to be paid (i.e. actual hours worked). The web platform was also really difficult to adjust missed punches/run reports. **Recommendations to others considering Fingercheck:** Understand the limitations going in and only commit for a limited time if you think your team will continue to grow quickly.
