Fineguide is an AI-first CRM and business-automation platform for teams that talk to customers every day. AI assistants answer customers on your website, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, Slack and Discord, from the knowledge you give them (web pages, documents, PDFs), and hand the conversation to a person when it needs one; they also work inside amoCRM and Kommo. The CRM keeps contacts, companies, deals and pipelines, tasks, duplicate review and sales reports on one customer record. A shared inbox brings every chat channel and your own email (IMAP/SMTP) together, with routing and departments. AI Telephony puts assistants on live inbound and outbound phone calls over your own phone system (SIP), in 14 languages, and runs outbound call campaigns. Voice QA transcribes and scores every recorded call against each department's own rules. Workspace keeps documents and playbooks beside the customer record, and automations (n8n, assistant actions, webhooks) connect Fineguide to the rest of your tools. Free plan with no card; paid plans are priced per organization, not per seat.
