Would like to be able to cut / paste information into the bulk upload vs just using a file. When creating a list its a bit confusing about saving vs sending to Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ok let me list my issues that I have brought up to them back in 2018 and now we are in 2021 with NO CHANGE.

1) Can't search within a search area. For example, if you want to search New York City, you can ONLY put in NY or for any city for that matter. If you put in just that city and that city name exists in other places in the world, forget it, you will be search through thousands of records hitting one by one.

2) The KEYWORDS function is NOT A FUNCTIONAL FEATURE TO FIND PEOPLE. It searches automatically as an OR so you will get hundreds of irrelevant people and wasted credits. Others you can add ALL keywords that narrow down your search so you aren't spending hours of time sifting through.

3) Support literally takes about 2 days so make sure you don't have an important project to work on.

4) OUTDATED CONTACTS!!!! This is another issue I brought up. There are literally SEVERAL COMPETITORS out there that don't have any of these issues. Spend a bit more and not have these headaches. I looked up about 3 people just today and literally they are 3 years outdated on all 3.

5) NO EVIDENCE THEY ARE UPDATING OR IMPROVING PRODUCT. They are pushing the chrome extension which is no better and not creating a better FindThatLead product AT ALL. I don't think they care. No emails about updates or improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's pretty simple to use the prospector feature for finding specific results. All I have to do is, put in the location, designation, and industry from where I have to search for my prospects. The tools do the rest of the job in few minutes or sometimes, in few seconds as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support is great but at times they take around 2-2.5 days for replying to queries. That is something that can be improved. Otherwise, overall I love the all services provided by Find that lead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scrab. In, to find emails on the fly

Verify business domains
