As a freelance recruiter, I often struggle to find new clients. FindRecruiter has offered me some great opportunities to connect with a wide variety of clients, resulting in quick placements. The platform provides employers with a thorough presentation of their hiring roles, including information such as the employer company page, reporting structure of the role, required travel frequency, and benefit and career growth opportunities, in addition to a job description. The entire recruitment process is managed on the platform, and real-time alerts/notifications have been very helpful in keeping me informed of my candidate's progress, such as when an HR or hiring manager reviews a CV or requests an interview.
