Findest is an email attachment automation tool that files invoices, receipts, contracts and other documents into Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox, without manual downloading, sorting or renaming. Most people handle attachments with Gmail filters, Zapier or Make scenarios, or by hand. Those approaches match on the sender or subject line, so they break when a supplier changes a subject, when one sender issues different kinds of documents, or when two rules both look plausible. Findest takes a different approach: an AI reads the whole document, not just the email envelope, and decides where it belongs. How it works Connect a mailbox. Findest supports Gmail, Outlook and any IMAP account. Connect the cloud storage you already use: Google Drive, OneDrive (including SharePoint and Teams) or Dropbox. Write rules as plain sentences, for example "electricity bills go to Home/Energy". There are no keyword lists or conditions to maintain. When an attachment arrives, a single AI call compares the document against all of your rules at once and picks the best match. If nothing fits, the file is left unfiled and the reason is shown in the History view. Each file is saved to the chosen folder and renamed in a consistent Type\_Issuer\_Date pattern. Failed uploads are retried automatically. On Google Drive, Findest only has access to the folders you select, using the drive.file permission rather than full Drive access. Who it is for Freelancers, small businesses and accounting firms that receive a steady stream of invoices, payslips, receipts and contracts by email and want them in the right folder without doing it themselves. Business plans can copy a document to several clouds at once and share a team history. Key features Plain-language rules evaluated by AI Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailboxes Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox destinations Automatic renaming and automatic retries Public API and signed webhook for connecting filed documents to other tools GDPR-oriented, with disconnecting available at any time Findest has a free plan with 30 files a month and no credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly.
