Most importantly, it has had a direct impact on our business results by boosting conversion rates and improving the overall user experience. As with any advanced solution, there is a small learning curve when using some of the more powerful features, and additional documentation or in-platform guidance would be helpful at times. One area that could benefit from improvement is the custom landings section, which would be even stronger with more flexibility and a smoother user experience when creating and managing pages for more complex marketing needs. What I really like about Findbar is how it transforms our on-site search. Results are fast, relevant, and feel “smart”, which is exactly what our customers expect. It helps users discover the right products quicker, and it makes our job easier when we want to adjust rankings, boosts, or synonyms on the fly. I also really appreciate the visual recommendations, which add an extra layer of product discovery in a clean and intuitive way. What I find less convenient about Findbar is that the configuration options - especially around ranking rules, merchandising logic, etc. - could be a bit more straightforward and user-friendly. Everything works well, but sometimes it takes a few extra steps to test different setups. That said, the support team has been extremely helpful. Whenever we had questions or weren’t sure about the best configuration, they guided us quickly and clearly.
