Find Boxes is a project management tool for audio-visual companies in the live event and installation space. With tools to track inventory, orders, suppliers, team time, tasks, team messaging, and create proposals; Find Boxes helps keep your team informed and on task. Stop using spreadsheets to manage your projects, use Find Boxes with its AI features to simplify your workflow and increase your productivity. Find Boxes is a platform made by AV professionals for AV professionals. Find Boxes and Inventory There is no need for special equipment to scan your inventory with Find Boxes; users can just use their phone. Upon scanning a QR code, users are taken to a webpage with all the details about your equipment. See item history, coming check-outs, assigned projects, storage location, and item notes all in one spot. Find Boxes also has features to check multiple items at once quickly. Create bundles to package various items or create tags to group equipment when searching your inventory. Find Boxes will also automatically send return reminder emails to users who have not returned your equipment by the assigned due date. Find Boxes and Project Management With projects, Find Boxes gives you pull lists of what is needed on the jobsite and identifies what comes from your inventory and what is a subrental. Also, projects on Find Boxes have features to track orders and will add them to your inventory upon arrival. **What do you like best about Find Boxes?**

I use Find Boxes for an audiovisual production company, and what I like most is the ease of use and the pricing. I really like the ability to quote projects and track the items needed for each project all in one software. This lets my team be more organized and efficient, and we know exactly what we need to do. It also monitors our profit margins based on what equipment is being used, all in one platform. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you like best about Find Boxes?**

We’ve been using Find Boxes for our inventory management, and it’s been an incredible asset to our business. The platform is constantly being updated with new features that truly align With our inventory needs. It’s clear they’re focused on innovation and helping users grow.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which has saved us tons of time. We also love the custom reporting tools and branding options—they allow us to tailor the platform to our business and present a polished, professional image.

Customer service has been excellent, too. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed support, the team has been responsive and helpful.

**What do you like best about Find Boxes?**

Before this, we were juggling spreadsheets, constantly dealing with stock discrepancies, and wasting time trying to track down inventory across multiple locations. It was a mess. But once we moved everything over to Find Boxes, things were smooth.

**What do you dislike about Find Boxes?**

It’s not necessarily a flaw in the software, but more a reality of switching to a new system. Training the team, adjusting workflows, and ensuring accuracy in the first few weeks required a fair bit of time and patience. That said, once we got through the setup phase, the long-term benefits definitely outweighed the initial hassle.

**What problems is Find Boxes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using FindBoxes, tracking equipment supplies was a mess,  were stored all over the place, and we’d often run out of certain items without realizing it. That led to delays, last-minute scrambles, and unnecessary reorders.
