The connection with Pennylane to automatically retrieve billing and tagging is a real strength: once set up, the data is centralized, reliable, and automatically updated. This allows for a clear and structured view of performance without spending time manually consolidating the figures. **What do you dislike about Fincome?** The solution still requires quite a bit of initial configuration to be fully operational, particularly regarding the structuring of KPIs and calculation rules. Furthermore, some actions (modifications, adjustments, recalculations) can be quite slow, which can be somewhat frustrating during the setup or iteration phases. **What problems is Fincome solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fincome solves the problem of time-consuming and unclear financial tracking in scattered tools. Having a standalone tool dedicated to financial metric tracking—separate from the billing system—gives us cleaner, more reliable insights and makes it easier to analyze performance over time. ### 4. The data can be modified as needed to best reflect the commercial reality and eliminate tedious and time-consuming Excel spreadsheets. Customer support is excellent and responsive. The tool regularly develops useful and efficient features. The reporting allows for the automation of financial reports for the right personas. I recommend it for B2B SaaS tools. **What do you dislike about Fincome?** Some bugs in use, need to process the data manually and no multi-entity (or multi-currency view), but nothing critical at this stage, it's even more on the roadmap. **What problems is Fincome solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time savings and accuracy on the tracked KPIs. The CSM support is excellent (Thank you Lou). **What do you dislike about Fincome?** Nothing to report. In case of manual data entry via a file (Excel for example), a matching module for the entries would be ideal to avoid errors and to reassign the correct values to the correct tables, columns... or even to modify the headers. This would avoid having to maintain an Excel template file for data entry ;) **What problems is Fincome solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fincome allows us to bring our internal teams to the analysis of recurring KPIs, through dedicated explicit graphs directly generated from existing data. ### 6.
