What do you like best about Finch?

What do you dislike about Finch?

There isn't too much to call out.... I would like more proactive guidance and working sessions. Thankfully, the Finch team has carved out time to walk us through best practices and review new roadmap features with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Finch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finch can help us access critical employee and pay statement data without manually logging into multiple payroll providers. This is essential as we need year-to-date wages across different cost centers, departments, etc in a particular format. "Best-in-class payroll API"

What do you like best about Finch?

Our use depends on "write" functionality in addition to "read." Finch is the best API for writing payroll data, hands down. We implemented Finch even faster than the time they forecasted for us, which was a pleasant surprise. Their support team is quick to respond and clearly knowledgeable about their product. What do you dislike about Finch?

What do you like best about Finch?

What problems is Finch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finch allows us to consolidate our customers' employee data into one easy-to-access environment. We no longer worry about understanding provider-specific API taxonomies, nor do we have to build and maintain multiple integrations. Finch makes it easy to know what data we are getting and how to get it. What do you like best about Finch?

What do you dislike about Finch?

We were worried about hitting rate limits, but were able to discuss with our developer engineer at Finch, who walked us through options to ensure we were not getting throttled. If I could choose, we wouldn’t have hit the rate limit in the first place, but I suppose that’s part of building across dozens of integrations. What do you like best about Finch?

Was blown away by how many connectors they offered. We were going to go with a different unified API for Payroll data but they offered so many more integrations. The app performed flawlessly as well.

Pricing is really friendly for startups and gets cheaper as you scale up which is a huge win. Also want to shoutout to their sales team. They helped us go from sandbox to production account really quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finch?

The dashboard could expose more data like error logs. I also would like to export any data to a CSV. Also to use webhooks, I needed to ask for enablement but they set it up asap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Finch?

By integrating with Finch, we're able to offer integrations with all the major HRIS integrations. This is a huge advantage over our competition who have tried to integrate directly with each HRIS.

Also, it was a breeze for our developers to setup and there has been next to zero maintenance—we're currently 2 years in! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
