Finaxis is an AI-powered accounts receivable and finance operations platform built in Quebec for the Canadian market — and for any growing business that bills customers in Canada. The platform connects to accounting and CRM systems to automate the receivables cycle end to end: invoice sync, multichannel follow-ups by email, SMS and voice, predictive payment scoring, embedded payment links and bank transfer options, account statements, and recurring AR reporting. Higher tiers extend into automatic bank reconciliation, matching incoming deposits against open invoices so that only genuine exceptions reach a person's desk. The operating principle is division of labour. Automation absorbs the repetitive work — the reminders nobody wants to send, the deposits that need matching, the statements rebuilt by hand every month. Finance teams keep the judgment work: the large accounts, the difficult conversations, the exceptions where a relationship is worth more than an invoice. Accounting platforms are built to keep the books. Collection orchestration and cash-flow velocity are a different problem, and that is the problem Finaxis solves. It syncs invoices, links the CRM, adapts follow-up cadence per customer, and coordinates every touchpoint using AI that learns how each customer actually pays rather than applying a fixed rule set. An AI Copilot answers questions about any customer, invoice or period in plain language and recommends the next action. Finaxis works on top of an existing stack rather than replacing it. Native integrations with QuickBooks, Acomba and HubSpot, plus CSV and Excel import for any other accounting or ERP system. Additional native connectors are in active development. Purpose-built for the Canadian market, with native bilingual French and English workflows — not translated interfaces. Customer data and AI infrastructure are hosted in Canada, supporting compliance with Quebec's Law 25 and PIPEDA. Deployment takes under 15 minutes. Built for finance leaders at growing service businesses: CFOs, controllers, AR managers, founders and CEOs at professional services firms, SaaS and technology companies, consulting, staffing and other B2B service organizations where late payments hit cash flow directly. Typical customers bill between $2M and $50M in annual revenue. Also used by venture funds, banks and lenders to monitor receivables health and credit risk across portfolio companies and borrowers. Pricing is public and starts at $500 CAD per month for the entry tier, with plans scaled by customer volume and capability. Onboarding includes working directly with the finance team to tailor collection strategy to their customers, their cadence and their industry.
