I like how UniFi introduces enterprise features into a small business product at a comfortable cost with minimal effort to install. Installation is a breeze, almost like a plug-and-play device, which is incredibly important for busy IT managers like me. Once introduced to the network over POE, it shows up on the controller in less than five minutes, making the setup straightforward. I have had some delays in dealing with technical support with Ubiquiti, but that is the trade off for the price savings and ease-of-use of their products, I would assume.
