What do you like best about OneAdvanced Financials?

The PO Portal is more user friendly for non finance users than the finance system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Financials?

I have no real power as an admin. Can't change the time before it logs you out of the server. Always errors happening. Takes ages for customer service to resolve an issue and always pass the buck back to us but after having to go back and forth, resolve the issue but it takes a lot of convincing that it isn't on our side. Had an issue with credits being transferred on the ITK and took almost half a year to get resolved. There isn't a guide on how to do loads of admin roles in one place. Have to figure it out myself. No guide on what any of the error codes are. Plenty more other faults too such as the same invoice coming through 50 times or more everytime it refreshes and other invoices not showing up on financials. What do you like best about OneAdvanced Financials?

It is very easy to understand how the program works and navigate around it. The overall experience is user-friendly and there are options to enter data through the software or upload it after preparing it on a template. Data Validation also ensures erronous entries in the system are avoided easing the reconciliation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneAdvanced Financials?

Lack of industry and business specific features for the Housing sector. There are no videos available online for new users to utilise so they can familiarise with how to get the best out of the software especially for reporting purposes. I believe there is alot the software can offer which is being missed out just because of lack of knowledge about what features Advanced Financials can provide. Is it limited functionality or just lack of direct professional support? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
