The task management system works, but it feels like it could be more robust and flexible. I also wish there were a built-in place to store internal firm documents, like SOPs and reference materials, so we wouldn’t need to rely on other tools for that. Financial Cents is a great task management software. It is easy to set up projects and tasks, and easy to communicate in task with my coworkers. I also like how easy it was to learn. The one thing that really bothers me is that when you open a task you cant close it by clicking outside the window, you HAVE to click the x Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Financial Cents makes it easy to request documents from clients and communicate. It also has robust PM software that helps the team stay on track. FC has given structure to our CAAS department where there was none. Previously we were forced to use the workflows and document storage that my entire firm uses.
