The "send later" aspect of signing documents, for batch signing is buggy when sending documents for signature, it will tell the client it is not their turn to sign. They keep making improvements and centralizing more functions, which I appreciate. It's the first app I log in to and the last that I log out of each day, plus it's affordable. When new features are rolled out, they can be basic at first, but they are responsive to suggestions for improvement. They keep polishing and letting folks know where they are in the process.
