Financial Cents is intuitive, easy to use, and has really streamlined our workflows. Client management and project tracking are much smoother now, and it’s made a noticeable impact on our efficiency. I also wish there were a built-in place to store internal firm documents, like SOPs and reference materials, so we wouldn’t need to rely on other tools for that. The software in general could using tweaking and more features, especially for the price. It wasn't intuitive to set up, but it intuitive once you get everything onboarded. The fact that I can do most things inside Financial Cents to manage my accounting business is a significant plus. It's one main go to tool for managing our workflow and client communication. Financial Cents is a great task management software. It is easy to set up projects and tasks, and easy to communicate in task with my coworkers. I also like how easy it was to learn. Financial Cents makes it easy to request documents from clients and communicate. It also has robust PM software that helps the team stay on track. The filing system needs a little work. It is not very easy to move files from project to the permanent client folders. It does take some time and manual downloads/uploads. I love how easy it is for my clients to use and it has been very valuable in my firm, keeping us all on task, we use daily. Implementation was easy and quick. FC has given structure to our CAAS department where there was none. Previously we were forced to use the workflows and document storage that my entire firm uses.
