I also like the Customer Support feature as it is available all the time and the queue is not that long unlike other websites. I can easily implement projects there where there is a time tracking feature and can assign tasks to someone. I frequently use it. I can easily integrate my email, Quickbooks, etc. on it too! I also find the ability to use templates created by other users extremely helpful during the setup process. Although I am still new to the system, I can already say that, having previously used TaxDome, this platform offers significantly more advantages. Additionally, our representative has been excellent. So far I haven't found anything I dislike outside of the ACH processing times are longer than I'm used to, usually it's 1-2 days and with this system it's at least 4 business days. For us, the biggest challenge was managing all the tasks while simultaneously requesting information from clients—and keeping everything organized. Some clients require a bit more hand-holding, and Financial Cents has really helped streamline that process. It centralizes everything, so we no longer have to juggle multiple platforms or worry about storing client files separately.
