It's a good program - not perfect - but they've built it with flexibility in mind, and that allows me to build my practice workflows my way. Further, they don't charge for every little add-on and you don't feel like it's a money grab. **What do you dislike about Financial Cents?** The big thing that comes to mind is billing/proposal limitations in Canada which is coming online this year, but it can't come soon enough. Clients enter their payment info and we get paid right away instead of invoicing them later. This alone is making it so we start off tax season right. Also really enjoy the sleek client portal, it is secure, easy to navigate, and even easier for clients to login. Just got FC a couple weeks ago and it is already making life so much easier. I am able to delegate more and focus on client work! Support is so amazing, I've had like ten questions since I got the software, they have been so responsive and helpful. I started with the solo plan and upgraded to the teams plan pretty soon after and am considering just going for the scale plan. Also love how they keep updating the software. I have been using it everyday and integrating it with all my softwares and systems which has been super easy. **What do you dislike about Financial Cents?** I don't like that the payout timeline for ACH is 4 days (as opposed to QB which is same day or next day) but fees are lower and QB does not have the ability to automatically pass on credit card fees. Uncategorized Transactions can be sent to clients through FC. It offers a "Magic Link" for Client Tasks. Clients can receive SMS reminders for pending tasks. It integrates with Calendly, QBO and other software. It has a built-in proposals feature. **What do you dislike about Financial Cents?** They do not have a mobile app for clients. The proposal feature is still being worked on. We cannot schedule text messages through FC. There is an onboarding fee. You have to pay for E-Signature through Adobe. **What problems is Financial Cents solving and how is that benefiting you?** Setting up workflows, time tracking and efficiency with QBO. ### 40. It has cut down on the amount of time that I have to spend requesting information, collecting documents, and receiving responses with all of their automations. It also allows me to stay on top of projects and tasks for my clients so that items do not slip through the cracks. I have decreased the amount of emails and communications with my clients, which is huge! The new ReCat feature is a huge plus with this software! No more exporting data into spreadsheets and sending them to the client to receive their feedback on transactions. Financial Cents does it all!! If you are on the fence about using this product, don't wait! It will make your life so much easier! **What do you dislike about Financial Cents?** There isn't anything that I dislike about Financial Cents so far. Their customer support is amazing and they are always trying to improve their product to make it more efficient for accountants. **What problems is Financial Cents solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me automate so many communications with my client. It will send auto-reminders until tasks are complete. It alleviates me from having to constantly bug my clients for information or documents. Plus, their new ReCat feature helps me streamline getting information or feedback from my clients on their transactions, making the process so much smoother. ### 44.
