When I manually enter a new client in Financial Cents and the client adds me to QBO, this can duplicate the client in Financial Cents. I would love a way to merge the clients. The "send later" aspect of signing documents, for batch signing is buggy when sending documents for signature, it will tell the client it is not their turn to sign. I like that FinancialCents is a one-step repository for client information, billing, proposals, engagement letters, emails, chats, tasks (for my team and for client teams), tracking time, utilization, profitability, document sharing, and more that I've probably forgotten. They keep making improvements and centralizing more functions, which I appreciate. It's the first app I log in to and the last that I log out of each day, plus it's affordable. Easy to get started and integrate with your processes - I'd recommend starting with 1-2 clients before importing your entire client list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Financial Cents? When new features are rolled out, they can be basic at first, but they are responsive to suggestions for improvement. They keep polishing and letting folks know where they are in the process. Customer support starts with an AI chat, but I guess that keeps it affordable. Integrating all client correspondence and work with the accounting team, and capturing the workflow in one place. What I like about Financial Cents is that it’s very easy to use and has a clean, user-friendly interface. I also appreciate that it allows direct interaction with clients within the platform. The only thing I don’t like about Financial Cents is its file storage feature. Currently, Excel files aren’t supported on the platform, so you can’t open them directly after uploading.
