I do not like that we cannot currently pass payment plan selection through the FACTS integration from the contract. A also think the user authentication process is a bit clunky, especially during the first year when all of our parents (not just new ones) were having to learn a new system and get authenticated individually to support dual signature on the contracts. The most helpful components of SchoolAdmin are the ability to make the application process as paperless as possible and the ability for online tour scheduling--this has allowed families to schedule tours when they think about it (nights, weekends), as opposed to waiting to catch us in-office or when we can respond. School Admin has been such a wonderful addition to our school's admissions process.
