Web-based system with a highly responsive customer service team that allows your school to take your existing processes and move them online. If you are not a tech-savy individual with experience in web-based platforms, there's a learning curve ahead. Recommendations to others considering Finalsite Enrollment:

Ensure that your have buy-in across your organization if you're going to use the full suite of features SchoolAdmin offers; each of the modules, the Admission, Enrollment, and Finance, offer a lot of potential. However, if your have different departments or team members responsible for these areas, each will need to become trained in using the system and should be available and comfortable to help with implementation. What problems is Finalsite Enrollment solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a web-based application process that scales on all devices (mobile-friendly!) as well as allows our users to self-serve through the majority of their application process. This has saved us time and allow us to redirect efforts to other important areas in our organization, like student retention, community building events, and our parent volunteer organization at our school. What do you like best about Finalsite Enrollment?

School admin makes reenrollment and online applications easy, efficient, and well structured to manage as an administrator. Compared to past schools and days of paper re-enrollment or applications, which was a nightmare in terms of things getting lost, etc., School Admin is organized, reliable and efficient. What do you dislike about Finalsite Enrollment?

We've only found minor bumps. School Admin has levels that a school can pay for, and the more expensive level includes many features such as digitzing forms. We pay for the basic level and wanted one single digitized checkbox on our contract, that a family has registered in FACTS for payment, and School Admin's fee structure wouldn't let us do that one box without paying the much higher fee for the full upgrade. What do you like best about Finalsite Enrollment?

SchoolAdmin's friendly and knowledgable customer service extends beyond the initial sale and makes using this software to achieve enrollment goals easy from day one forward. Tech support is quick to respond and not only address issues, but also create solutions. Software functions are intuitive and designed to help admissions offices improve efficiency and personalize approaches. Powerful data needed to drive decisions is literally at your fingertips through the custom dashboard or saved searches. We spend less time tracking things and more time interacting with prospective families. Using SchoolAdmin has even allowed multiple departments to continue the admissions process while working remotely. Our enrollment numbers and timely contract submissions have improved by more than 20%! Parents and staff have also commented on the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finalsite Enrollment?

SchoolAdmin does not offer direct parent service if there is a technical issue or difficulty, which means the school personnel have to assist. I wish SchoolAdmin had a tuition assistance component, development software, and even a school-wide SIS. Having used many other software companies, SchoolAdmin would make the lives of all school employees easier if they had a full suite of products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do not let the cost deter you. In comparison to what others offer for a lot more money, this software will exceed your expectations and make your job easier. SchoolAdmin's support staff is extremely communicative and willing to work through any concerns. They have built queries and forms for me that were just dreams previously. Your return on the investment WILL surprise you and you will feel much more aware of what is happening in real time because of the powerful data available to you. If you want to improve enrollment and office efficiency by offering your parents and staff a better experience, do all that you can to get SchoolAdmin. You will not regret it! What problems is Finalsite Enrollment solving and how is that benefiting you?

The dashboard and search function have eliminated the need to use spreadsheets to track inquiries, applications, enrollments, or where a family is in the admissions or re-enrollment process. Personalized emails and email alerts along with built in reminders are also extremely helpful at keeping staff on-task with follow-ups. Families can schedule appointments online for Open House, tours, personal interviews, and counseling which frees up time for staff to engage with people more. Families can also complete contracts, emergency forms, AUPs, demographic info, and much more online, so we have eliminated paper waste and postage because we no longer mail packets home. Online Admissions Committee reviews have also allowed us to work remotely and address candidates on our own time rather than spending hours in a meeting for applicants who are easy admits. What do you like best about Finalsite Enrollment?

SchoolAdmin is a fantastic admission tool and actually allows me to do my work as an admission rep, rather than create endless workarounds to successfully manage my applicant pool. When we made the switch three years ago we immediately heard from families how much they loved being able to keep track of their child's checklist online. I really can't think of anything at the moment. There had been some features early on that we struggled with but we shared that feedback with SchoolAdmin and I'm happy to share that those issues have all been resolved. What do you like best about Finalsite Enrollment?

My school has used SchoolAdmin for the past 6 years. It is an incredibly powerful enrollment management tool and has helped streamline the admission process and made our communication much more personalized and comprehensive. I am able to quickly and easily generate enrollment funnel reports for the head of school and board; the parent interface is very user friendly; the human capital saved by using school admin has allowed our admission team to spend more time on personal connections and more sophisticated communication and marketing. This year, we added the billing program to our contract and the roll out has been great. Parents appreciate being able to access account information quickly and we can already see efficiencies for our student billing staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a few growing pains with the billing roll out, but the customer service is great and has always addressed questions or concerns.
