What do you like best about Finalsite Enrollment?

I really appreciate about SchoolAdmin is that you can have everything in one place. You no longer have the hassle of dealing with a bunch of different papers from families on your desk. You can just easily log online and get what you might need from a family in just one spot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finalsite Enrollment?

I don't like that the software doesn't interact with other software including Quick Books. Collecting fees reeks havoc in our system and more work than what its worth. This program is better just for documents all in one location! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Finalsite Enrollment:

If you are dealing with lots of paperwork, I would highly suggest getting SchoolAdmin. It cuts out the middle man and parents always knew which items are turned in and which ones still need to be turned in. They make it very easy for the user! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Finalsite Enrollment solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the huge business issue of tons of paperwork. Its hard enough to collect paperwork. But when paperwork is being turned into different people at different times, losing something becomes way too easy. With SchoolAdmin, everything is nicely located all in one place! Its very easy to use, makes it fun to follow up student activities and student progress, easy to manage workflow and activities by teachers and other school workers, offers personalized email for communication, the reminder feature makes it reliable you can never or your staff can never miss an activity, offers a platform to send broadcast text messages to parents, board members or even staff in case of meeting or any administrative communication. What do you like best about Finalsite Enrollment?

It makes tracking (for example) people who register for our school tours very easy. It's easy for them to register and it's easy for us to track for follow up's! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finalsite Enrollment?

We have 6 schools in our community. I do not like that I receive an email and a report for all the other schools as well as my particular school. If I want a new student application email notification, I get it, but I get it for all the schools - not just mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Finalsite Enrollment:

It's great and will very much help lessen your physical papers laying around - and filing. BUT be advised that you will get a lot on unnecessary and unwanted emails if you set up your account for email alerts.
