It needs a unique skill set to customise the solution, and resources aren't freely available. Finacle some time doesnt follow its own rule like sometime even with out putting the exchange rate it allow the cross currency transaction, some with it doesnt allow to close the account even afer aip is settled. This will help to integrate with various other system. similarly, for small operation like balance query, transfer, etc finacle system (interface wise) need not be opened.
