## Fin Reviews
 ### 1. Efficient AI Support with Some Routing Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marianna A. | CS, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like Fin's efficiency as it makes some customers happy to receive a quick answer. I enjoy working hand in hand with AI, as it takes off a lot of load that can be quickly resolved and lets the team focus on the complicated interactions. The setup was super easy, and I was very surprised by how quick it is to get Fin on board and set up to work with us.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Sometimes the information Fin shares is incorrect, and the customer comes back upset. In these situations, I would prefer Fin to just reroute immediately instead of playing a guessing game. He could pick up clues left by the customers and simply reroute immediately to the right associate. He can focus on select topics and for the rest, he can simply say a human will help.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Fin manages all aspects of customer interactions efficiently, relieving the team of routine tasks so we can focus on more complex inquiries. It provides quick answers that satisfy customers and reduces the workload significantly.

 ### 2. Finn: Natural Language, Seamless Integrations, Fast Performance & Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leor M. | Manager, Customer Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like Finn's natural language, and many of the interactions it has with our customers has been really easy to understand. I like that I can set up automatic workflows, and the statistics are also easy to get salad data from.

We have data connectors and integration set up between our billing software and many of our everyday business support tools. The performance of Finn is very quick and I do like their customer support and it's easy to get someone on chat to actually help when we need that.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I don't like the change in plan features. When we signed up two years ago, we were given lots of new features and as they came out, new features were available to us and recently that has changed and it seems like what initially started as one price very quickly turned into every month there's extra fees involved.

As far as the fin chatbot, I don't like how much it hallucinates and gives people incorrect answers.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finn is allowing us to offer 24 seven support to our customers. It has given us the ability to have a much better knowledge Bass and easy to understand statistics and reports when compared to Zen desk. I enjoy how AI forward the company is but I also worry that sometimes these AI ideas and features are a little half baked.

 ### 3. Fast Help Center Answers That Free Up Our Team for Complex Issues

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adira W. | Head of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

It helps with the initial conversations with our customers. He has access to our help center and can answer basic “how-to” questions, which leaves us more time to deal with the more complicated tasks that he can’t currently resolve. In terms of performance, Fins response time is very good giving our customers the feeling that they can receive help and answers even when the team is preoccupied with other things.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

The AI model has been very good but every once in a while it will ignore hard rules, which have to be rewritten and redone.
In addition the way the information needs to be divided isn't always so clear. For example, what categories can be put together in one card and what things should be divided between multiples.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin is helping us answer basic user questions that can be easily addressed using information from our Help Center. In addition, we plan to add sequences in the future that will allow FIN to collect information, so that in cases involving a human representative, FIN will gather all the data needed for checking and investigating.

**Official Response from Kateryna Kharytonova:**

> Hey Adira,

Andrew here, I’m a manager on our support team.

If you haven’t already I’d recommend checking out this best practice article that our Senior AI Knowledge Manager Beth-Ann put together, we’ve found this kind of organization to be really helpful on our side to get positive results from Fin. It also has a style guide template in PDF format at the bottom which is a helpful starting point.

If you’re noticing that Fin is ignoring rules that it shouldn’t would love to take a closer look. Feel free to email me at andrew.randazzo@fin.ai if you’d like to chat about this or your help center organization further!

 ### 4. Good Integration and Ease, but Concerns with Security

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

What I like most about Fin is the way it communicates. At times, it sounds very human, and that is a very positive point. I also believe that the Workflows are very good for solving many cases.

In daily life, it allows us to resolve many cases easily and quickly for the clients.

It has some integrations, like Notion, website, etc.

In terms of performance, it meets expectations well and there are few downtimes. The price is okay, but it could improve in terms of FinAI per resolution; we find it expensive.

Fin offers various trainings, and we can track the progress.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

The part about Fin where we don't really know what is shared and what is co-shared. With Fin, and at a regulatory level, it is a bit difficult for us to use our databases and share them with Fin, because we don't know what is being shared and the security they have. We would like to know more about this.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin to resolve basic issues for our clients, as it can search for information on the website.

 ### 5. Instant Translations and Effortless Reporting in Intercom

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen B. | Customer Support Assistant Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I love the translation option. It has been so helpful with users writing in and having instant translations. We use FIN's macros and Help Center to store all of our information. It has also made reporting a breeze. We report on metrics monthly, and those numbers are compiled nicely in Intercom.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Our primary concern is that FIN workflows do not always perform as intended. We follow the instructions given, but we usually have to dig deeper to get FIN to respond the way we want it to. We have also received steps from FIN to find out that we do not have the level that feature is available to. That should be part of the information.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FIN answering the easier chats has lifted some of the burden from our customer support reps.

 ### 6. Operator Makes Building Procedures Easy with a Beginner-Friendly UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

Intercom's Operator is my favorite part about Fin because it is able to build procedures, guidances and its content source by just a few simple prompts. The UI is also beginner friendly with easy tabs to navigate through.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

If I could change one thing about fin it would be able to filter conversations in a more advanced way. An example would be filtering conversations by users and time stamps. It would also be nice to have a section to combine both open and closed conversations and have it all presented in one stack.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin is able to answer customers frequently asked questions and leave them rest assured all their comments and concerns before making a purchase with us.

 ### 7. Neat UI, Powerful Customization, and Brilliant AI Copilot

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walter A. M. | Agente de tráfico, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

Overall usage (as a user) has a neat interface and offers a high customizable section to apply filters and workflows to add and smooth experience for both customers and users.

Highly integratable with tools such as Jira and more. Performance wise we have had few system issues, the team is always responsive and provides great turnarounds.

It's AI bot (Fin) is a versatile tool to include as your first response line. It's knowledge base to feed the bot is very user friendly and the Copilot add-on is brilliant.

Overall a great tool, you get what you pay and even more.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Some filtering can be confusing or not useful.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Funnel email and chat outreach. SLA tracking.

 ### 8. Effortless Setup, Empowers Our Support Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Support Lead, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I really like how Fin by Intercom allows us to personalize the experience, such as setting guidance on tone of voice—making it more professional or empathetic. We can customize easily and it's great for segmenting and targeting specific groups, allowing us to set expectations for different user tiers. The ease of tailoring the platform to our needs makes it possible to handle repetitive questions efficiently, which frees up time for our small team. This enables us to focus on tasks that require a human touch and create more content for our help desk. The simple, plug-and-play setup was also a plus, making it easy for us to adapt and improve as we go.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

The pricing model creates some uncertainty, since costs depend on resolution. I never really know how many conversations it will handle in a given month, which makes it harder to predict expenses.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin by Intercom frees up time for our small team by handling repetitive questions, allowing us to focus on tasks that need a human touch and create more help desk content.

 ### 9. Helpful Reminders for Support Associates, Especially for the Basics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew F. | Senior Support Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

It reminds me of some basic answers I may forget as a support associate Yes Yes

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

As with most AI, it can sometimes lead users off track.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s making life easier for us as support associates. Sometimes our users still crave that human contact and need us to confirm things, but for basic chats it’s really useful. It also gives us more time to focus on deeper issues.

 ### 10. Fin is a solid AI tool when you have a good knowledge base from which it draws its knowledge.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milos J. | Customer Care Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

The ability to quickly learn when you sync it from an external help page and the fact that it uses relevant general knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Why did the Intercom team remove Custom Answer responses and replace them with snippets that are not as precise.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this stage we are using it as a regular chat agent during the period when we are offline and it handles how-to questions very well. It draws knowledge from our help page and if it receives a question that is not covered, we add that question to the help page and after a quick sync it learns that question as well.

 ### 11. Dependable AI Teammate That Scales Support with Accurate, Human-Like Answers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

What makes Fin by Intercom stand out is how well it can handle complex, multi-step questions with human-like reasoning, while still relying strictly on your own knowledge base to avoid “hallucinations.” In my experience, it’s very effective at deflecting common support tickets (often 50%+) and it integrates smoothly with tools like Zendesk and Salesforce. Overall, it feels like a dependable, AI-first teammate that helps you scale support without sacrificing accuracy.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

It’s also not exactly “plug and play.” If your help articles aren’t in great shape, the AI can end up giving vague or even incorrect answers, which means I’d have to spend weeks cleaning up the documentation just to get it working properly. On top of that, it still struggles with more complex technical nuances and can’t always access my internal notes, so it ends up feeling like a high-maintenance teammate that needs constant babysitting.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin has basically become my go-to solution for clearing out our ticket backlog by letting AI take care of the repetitive “how-to” questions that normally clog up my inbox. It helps by resolving over half of my customer queries instantly, 24/7, which keeps wait times down without me needing to hire more people just to keep up. And because it stays strictly within my knowledge base, I can trust the answers it gives without constantly hovering over it. That finally gives me the breathing room to focus on the more complex, high-value conversations that actually need a human touch.

 ### 12. Effortless Resolution with Fin by Intercom, Needs Minor Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I enjoy the ease of training Fin by Intercom to do exactly what you want through snippets and guidance. Snippets are so helpful to write specifically for Fin, without having to write a full article. I especially enjoy that you can 'improve answers' that Fin gave by directly adding a snippet. For guidance, I think it adds that extra control. It's really helpful, especially for making sure Fin escalates straight to a human for issues I know it can't resolve. It helps take a lot of frustration out for users and is easy for the team. Its responses are quite natural for AI. Additionally, I have found it easy to set up. While there are a lot of different areas of Fin to learn, it feels pretty easy once you are used to it.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Fin by Intercom still sometimes struggles to understand that a user is already speaking with us. It will try to recommend users reach out to our email if they need to reach a human, even when they are already in a chat. We've added guidance to stop this, but it feels like a basic that it should recommend a user waits for the team in the chat they're already in rather than suggesting reaching out in another channel.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom for handling customer support queries, and it resolves most customer queries about our product.

 ### 13. Effortless Setup, Time-Saving Features, Needs Workflow Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I appreciate how easy it is to set up the AI chat in Fin, along with the rest of the features like the knowledge center and outbound messaging. Everything is connected, making it simple to direct someone from a chat to an article. Fin allows users to ask questions quickly without needing to wait for us, saving time for both users and our team. The outbound messaging feature is particularly important as it allows us to put up banners and tooltips easily, bypassing any engineering efforts we don't have in place.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I find the workflows to be a bit restrictive. It's also not always clear what you can or cannot do. I connect some messaging to Slack, but it's limited.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin allows users to ask questions without waiting, saving time for both users and our team. It simplifies messaging for urgent notices, tracks engagement, and provides easy setup of AI chat, knowledge center, and outbound messaging, bypassing engineering efforts.

 ### 14. Fin Cuts Support Workload with Fast, 24/7 Customer Responses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

The best part about Fin is that it helps our team significantly reduce workload by tackling the easy questions our customers ask us. Aside from that, Fin enables our customer support to function 24/7 all the time, with customers receiving a rapid response to their questions at any time of the day.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

The downside of Fin is that it can become a giant project to set up and correctly configure Fin for our customers. We have multiple brands and therefore multiple different answers from different help centers. This makes it hard for Fin to really differentiate between them and provide the right response for our customers.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin is primarily solving the workload we have. Our team has so much more time to further assist our customers with the more advanced questions.

This makes work for our team more rewarding and leaves the door open to work on other projects beside the inbox.

 ### 15. Fin helps streamlined our operations, pricing is expensive

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like the ability to program behaviors within Fin by Intercom without having to do any coding or interact with the API. It's great that everything can be accomplished through drag and drop features, which influence how the bot handles interactions and how Fin AI operates. It's really user-friendly, so even if you're not the most technical person, you can still configure the bot yourself without needing engineers. I also find the initial setup pretty easy, especially with the available configurations through knowledge-based articles. It's fantastic that you can own the model yourself.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Maybe pricing can be better.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom to deflect support queries by surfacing knowledge-based articles, reducing the need for human interaction. It's accurate and fast in responding to product questions. I like the ease of programming behaviors without coding, using drag-and-drop features.

 ### 16. Helpful Support, but AI Agent Lacks Depth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margaux B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I'm very happy with the support I received from Fin by Intercom. When the tooltips on my app weren't working, they offered me instructions to pass on to my Tech team, and it's finally working after a month! I also like that I can quickly move from Fin to a real human agent when needed, and the human agents help me out completely.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Fin is good for simple questions, not for bugs or product developments needs in my opinion. I quickly moved from Fin to a real human and the real agent helped me out completely. The AI agent couldn't have solved my issue.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom for questions or issues with my app. It's good for simple questions but doesn't solve complex bugs or product development needs. However, support helped me with tooltips, leading to a resolution after a month.

 ### 17. Effective API Assistance with Usability Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susana H. | UX Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like that Fin by Intercom has all the background of the help center and all the information I could look for, making it very quick sometimes to find an answer. I also appreciate that it quickly understands when I want to speak to a human instead of getting more answers from Fin.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I get a little upset when I'm adding several details and before I finish, adding the information, for example, images or some video explaining the problem I have, Fin is all the time answering while I'm still giving information about my problem. It wasn't easy to install because we have an SPA and still sometimes we had some problems with it.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom to answer questions as if it was a human, and it usually responds accurately. It's helpful for asking about sending or retrieving data to APIs with specific code. It has all the help center info and quickly finds answers.

 ### 18. Fast Chatbot That Answers Clearly and Integrates Smoothly with Our KB

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

We use FIN to answer questions users might have that are already covered in our KB articles, but sometimes they have trouble finding the right page or simply prefer asking a chatbot. FIN understands the user’s issue, provides clear help, and keeps the conversation going by asking follow-up questions when it needs more information, which is important to make sure the user doesn’t get stuck. FIN also looks good, is fast, and can cover schedules when we’re away. It has great integrations with our KB articles, so it can link to them smoothly when needed, and the setup process is super easy.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Sometimes Fin doesn’t seem to understand what a user is asking. Because it relies on well-written KB articles (which organizations should have anyway), it can end up recommending something that isn’t very good or relevant for the user. Fin should also know when it doesn’t have the answer and route the request to more experienced support, instead of providing a response that isn’t useful.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s useful for answering common questions when there are a lot of support requests. It really helps when the team is small, and many of the requests can be solved easily.

 ### 19. Fast, Accurate Bug Reporting via Fin

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I use Fin infrequently but recently just had to report quite an annoying bug on the Intercom app through Fin. Fin replied quickly, accurately understood the issue and passed it on to an agent quickly.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I haven’t had the opportunity to use it regularly because my role within the company doesn’t require it, so I haven’t encountered anything about it that I would dislike.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin has been assisting our customer service team by replying to users with more standard questions, often solving simple queries without agent interaction. When agent interaction is necessary, Fin will summarize the information it has acquired from the customer into a brief, easy to understand sunmmary. It also assists in refining response messages, which I believe a lot of the customer service team does make use of from time to time, when a macro has not already been created.

 ### 20. Practical, Easy to Adopt, and Reliable for Day-to-Day Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

What I like about Fin by Intercom is that it feels practical and easy to adopt. It is easy to use, straightforward to implement, and integrates well with our existing tools. I also appreciate that it has strong customer support, offers a good number of features, and is something teams can rely on regularly for day-to-day support operations.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

What I dislike about Fin by Intercom is that its reporting can feel limited, and the frequent UI changes can make the platform less intuitive over time. The rewording of categories sometimes makes it harder to find things, and I occasionally have to search for pre-existing reports that were easier to locate before.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin by Intercom helps solve our most common Tier 1 support issues by giving customers quick answers to repetitive, high-volume questions without requiring direct agent involvement every time. That benefits me by reducing manual workload, improving response times, and allowing the team to focus more on complex or higher-value conversations instead of spending time on the same basic issues over and over. It also helps create a more consistent support experience for customers, since common questions are handled faster and in a more standardized way.

 ### 21. Streamlined Our Support But Needs Improved Accuracy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Redmond C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I really appreciate how Fin by Intercom reduces the overall volume that human agents need to deal with by filtering out basic level queries. I like that Fin can pull from multiple sources and display images to help with clarity. This is especially handy when a query covers two distinct but related areas, and the information might be spread across multiple articles. Having Fin extract this information is very useful. The initial setup of Fin was also very easy for us since we had a lot of existing material to train it on, which made it straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Fin sometimes hallucinates information/answers that aren't accurate/true. We have used the instructions feature to tell Fin not to provide answers when it doesn't have enough information, but despite this, Fin will sometimes provide guidance to customers that is factually inaccurate.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin by Intercom reduces the workload of human agents by handling basic queries, and it can pull from multiple sources to provide comprehensive answers, which is especially useful when information is spread across articles.

 ### 22. Efficient for Simple Tasks, But Error-Prone on Complex Requests and Language Handling

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

It really saves us time by taking care of simple requests so we can use that time in other customer inquiries that are more complicated.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

It doesnt seem to perform good with complicated requests. We see a lot of incorrect responses to customer inquiries. We have had a lot issues about the language. Fin keeps replying in a different language from the user. We have reported it multiple times, but onlyl received a response a few weeks ago. And the solution it implicates us manually update all of our replies/templates.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We receive a lot of simple requests, and Fin is taking care of them, which represents a large portion of our workload. So its saving a lot of time that our team can spent on other tasks.

**Official Response from Kateryna Kharytonova:**

> Hi there,

Andrew here, I’m a manager on our support team. It’s great to hear Fin is handling simple requests well for your team but it really should be handling those complex ones too. Likewise with the behavior you’re seeing on the language Fin I’d love for my team to take a look to into this to make sure everything is configured properly so you’re seeing the best results. Feel free to email me directly andrew.randazzo@fin.ai and we can investigate further!

 ### 23. Fast Responses with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sravya D.

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like that Fin by Intercom is a faster substitute, providing immediate answers to straightforward questions. It has a thorough knowledge of the Intercom API docs and behavior, which is quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

For my issue, the solution was a little more complicated, and I needed manual support help. It should be able to identify when manual support is needed. It would be helpful if it was trained on the surface level of code base without breaching the security policies, to give more insight into why something could be wrong.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom to quickly find necessary API parameters, types, and response meanings. It's a faster substitute for straightforward queries, providing immediate answers with knowledge of Intercom's API docs and behavior.

 ### 24. Indispensable for Customer Support with Accuracy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim K. | Customer Contact Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I am very satisfied with Fin by Intercom because it answers about 90 percent of all questions and solves almost 70 percent of these questions. This makes us very satisfied. I also love that Fin grows with our application. We are constantly building new features and documentation, and Fin by Intercom just grows along with it. By the functionality we can add to it, we can help customers better and faster.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Initially, it was a bit tricky to actually send the messages that Finn sent better, or to improve them so that the customers received better responses. And indeed, that is sometimes still a bit challenging for us, but indeed also that we have our own writing style for our documentation. Meanwhile, we also want to give Finn the best possible answer.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom for customer inquiries and it solves our staffing scalability issues by requiring 2 times less support staff. Fin answers 92% of the questions and resolves 70%, which makes us very satisfied.

 ### 25. Highly Customizable Assistant with Room for Better Documentation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabrielius S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I really like that Fin by Intercom is highly customizable with settings like snippets and other behaviors. It's also very adaptable to different conversations, which means users rarely feel misunderstood by Fin. We can make Fin much more intelligent by writing snippets specific to our product or by tailoring its behavior for specific users, giving it much better adaptability and product knowledge than a standard bot. I've integrated a custom server with Fin to retrieve backend information, which enhances its utility. In terms of bot assistants, I'd rate it a 10 for how it serves our needs.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Sometimes it feels like trying to find the way that 'works' is more guesswork than something that makes sense. Like how a specific snippet will be understood and applied by Fin is a mystery to our team sometimes. Clearer documentation about how exactly Fin can be 'tamed' would go a long way to have an easier job of getting Fin to do the things we want him to do. Documentation that's more easily accessible and more detailed, especially about how the bot can be configured.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Fin by Intercom to manage conversations not needing human intervention, reducing load by resolving simple queries and adding a 'human' element missing from typical robotic assistants.

 ### 26. AI-Driven, User-Friendly with Room for Critical Thinking Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like Fin's interface and the ability to edit procedures quickly. It's easy to use for both technical and non-technical users. The initial setup was pretty seamless, with some minor communication issues during migration but overall smooth.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Fin does not perform well when not under the restrictions of a detailed procedure. Its ability to 'think' critically is not as impressive as I would like. It doesn't do a good job of understanding when someone is talking to Fin or to someone else in Slack and Email threads.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin analyzes requests, routes them correctly, labels with summaries, asks for supporting info, and guides merchants to solve straightforward issues. We switched to Fin for its AI-first approach.

 ### 27. Time-Saving Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahara R.

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I really appreciate how Fin by Intercom helps me save time and keeps things organized. I find its workflows to be extremely time-saving, which I value the most. It also helps us refrain from constantly monitoring our chatbot, and it's nice to have responses recorded with names and emails. The biggest value proposition for me is the time-saving aspect, which is super helpful. Plus, having a place to train the AI and make it work the way we want, and being able to constantly iterate it, is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I think its critical thinking capabilities, which might be hard for an AI agent. But having to give it less direction to get our output would be helpful. I just wish the support team at Intercom was maybe a little bit more high-tech.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin by Intercom saves us time by managing the chatbot without constant monitoring, and records responses with names and emails. It offers a place to train the AI and allows us to iterate, which is super helpful.

 ### 28. An assistant that understands and speeds up our support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela R. | Chief Customer Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Fin?**

Fin has been a great addition to our support workflow. It provides fast, accurate answers and helps reduce response times significantly. Our clients appreciate the immediate assistance, and our team can focus on more complex cases. The setup was smooth, and the quality of AI responses keeps improving over time — it really feels like an extension of our team.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Fin is a helpful tool, but there’s still room to grow. Sometimes the answers feel too generic or lack the right context for specific client questions. Better control over tone and more training options to align it with our brand voice would make a big difference. Overall, it’s a solid product — it just needs more flexibility for teams managing complex, multilingual interactions.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin helps us speed up responses during the onboarding process and supports our users in learning how to use our platform more effectively. It provides clear, instant answers to common questions, which saves our team time and ensures a smoother experience for new clients.

 ### 29. Customizable Workflow Enhancer with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khrystyna H.

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like the custom answers feature in Fin by Intercom, as it helps differentiate answers based on the client's location, ensuring we don't mix and merge data when communicating with clients. The snippets feature is incredibly useful for quickly adding info that we don't want clients to just find by scrolling through articles but want them to know if they're specifically looking for it. The ability to set a tone of voice is great for maintaining good service, and guidance has become one of my favorites recently. The initial setup was pretty easy, mainly because we didn't have many articles at the start.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I don't like that I can't add different languages to one snippet, like with articles. It's also frustrating not being able to change the language listing order. Switching to article editing directly from the published article would be a nice feature. For the Fin bot, I wish there was an ability to evaluate answers in chats and train the bot based on that. There's also no report on how articles are being used in specific bot conversations. For example, if I post a new article, I want a report to show which conversations it was used in.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom to give clients access to product information and quick answers via Bot. Custom answers enhance communication by differentiating responses based on clients' locations. Snippets provide specific info efficiently, and the tone of voice is maintained for good service.

 ### 30. Effective AI with Room for Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like the support we get from Intercom's team and using Fin by Intercom itself to learn about the AI. I think the personality in general is configured well.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I find that a lot of pages are separate where they could be one. For example, the macros sit in a different page than the rest of the knowledge base and Fin can't access macros. The initial setup was pretty complex, especially with importing a lot of knowledge into the Intercom knowledge base and making it AI-friendly; that was very time-consuming. Another thing I find tricky with Fin is that you can't really relate one guidance prompt to another.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin by Intercom provides quicker response times during peak periods and reduces repetitive support tickets for our team.

 ### 31. Essential for Streamlining Customer Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jadelska G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I really appreciate how Fin by Intercom, who we refer to as Cecilia, feels like a team member. As a small Customer Care team, we handle a lot of requests, so reducing the volume with Fin's help is invaluable. It's great that when clients reach us, they've often already received solid advice from Fin, aiding our agents in providing the most accurate information. It also significantly helps us manage high volumes by giving clients immediate assistance, thereby reducing wait times and providing a reliable resource.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Sometimes, Fin gets things wrong. We have many clients and sometimes Fin has a hard time discerning between them to provide client-specific assistance. I'm not the one who went through the setup process, so I wouldn't be able to say how that went. That said, I've managed workflows since then and I find the process to be a little bit confusing. I know this is likely because Fin is a complex tool with many features, so it makes sense that learning how to use it can take some time.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin by Intercom handles simple, repetitive questions, reducing our customer care volume and allowing agents to focus on complex issues. It provides clients immediate assistance, lowering wait times and offering reliable advice, often guiding agents to deliver the most accurate information.

 ### 32. All-in-One Support Management Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like being able to manage everything in one place, from help centers to tickets and more.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Some aspects of the product feel overly technical, which can make it pretty difficult to figure out where everything is and how it all works.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined support function, especially since I’m currently the only person on my team managing customer support.

 ### 33. Empowers Support Teams, Evolving Together

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandr S. | Head of Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like how Fin by Intercom is evolving and the team behind it. We were one of the first ones to test it, and a lot of our feedback was implemented, especially for monitoring, segmentation, and other analysis. The initial setup was easy, interesting, and exciting.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I would love to have a global overview of our conversations. With about 4000 conversations per month, it would be beneficial if AI could identify what clients are talking about and segment all of those. Also, if we were to set up Fin by Intercom now, it would be complex due to how it evolved over the past years.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom for automating simple support, letting our agents focus on complex tasks and efficiently answering simple questions.

 ### 34. Constant Updates and Proactive Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sameera S. | User Support Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

Constantly adding new updates and making suggestions for improvements. We use it a lot and it covers about 50% of our chats.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Reporting could be better. It’s not always obvious where FIN/teammates start, or how to separate the interactions in the reporting view, which makes it harder to interpret the results.

Took a while to set up, but once we got into it its easy to go back and change.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It handles straightforward, easily resolved queries well and reduces the volume of chats that reach the team for resolution.

 ### 35. Great Integrations and Customization, But Inconsistent Answers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like that you can feed it the adjustments needed to improve it, and that is has a wide range of integrations you can connect with it, to elevate the bot and it's knowledge

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Although you can feed it a lot of information, it can still answer questions incorrectly. One would assume it's due to us not feeding the bot correctly, but I do find it's quite sensitive to how a user asks a question i.e if the question is essentially the same, but the wording is slightly different between two conversations, it may through up a whole different answer for one user

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a UK based company and it helps us manage those out of hours tickets for those based in the US. It means the support team comes in to a lower ticket queue in the morning with it's help.

It also helps filter out silly questions aka questions we already answer in our help articles but users may not have searched or read before hand, helping us get to the harder questions

 ### 36. Helpful Support When No One Else Is Available

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Althaaf R. | Customer Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

Its help when there's no human can answer

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

sometimes the answer is not what i looking for

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Something about the setup, and it helps me finish it quicker

 ### 37. Efficient support, however, requires fine-tuning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marius M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like the precise answers from Fin by Intercom, which seem human-like, and that all Help Center articles are used as a source. We were able to reduce about 60% of our direct customer communication as a result, and customers are more satisfied with the quick responses from the Fin Agent. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, even without developer knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I don't like that the Fin Agent makes up answers for unknown content and doesn't escalate to a human sooner. For example, it doesn't recognize vocational professions and guesses the answers instead of saying it doesn't know the answer.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom to handle subscription cancellations, revocations, and bug reports. It reduces our direct customer communication by about 60% and improves customer satisfaction through quick, precise responses.

 ### 38. Easy to Configure, with Useful Audience Settings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

It’s very easy to configure and implement. The audience settings are also really useful, since they help ensure the right answers are shared with each individual client.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

On occasion, it has ignored our guidance, for example, repeatedly trying to answer the same question which leads to an annoying user experience.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us scale our contact centre by taking the frequently asked questions off the team’s plate, so they can focus on the more difficult queries we receive.

 ### 39. Efficient Internal Support with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siri H. | Director of Client Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I use Fin by Intercom at our tech company for internal support because it hooks up to our internal knowledge base and helps us answer client questions. I like how easy it is to use and that it connects to a lot of things, which allows us to not leave the existing screen we are on, saving time. We can also use the answers Fin gives us, which helps reduce response time. The setup was easy, making it a smooth experience from the start.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

The pricing

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom for internal support, connecting to our knowledge base to answer client questions faster without leaving the current screen, saving time.

 ### 40. Quick and Accurate Support with Minor Outage Issues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mishal A. | Customer Success and Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I appreciate Fin by Intercom for its quick response to customer tickets and its ability to provide accurate answers. I also find the saved response feature really helpful as it allows us to easily answer frequently asked questions. Additionally, it generates a lot of reports for us.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Outage is a bit annoying because they hand over all the tickets to a human agent.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom to handle customer queries effectively. It automates responses based on our help center articles, reducing direct interactions. It delivers quick, accurate answers and provides helpful reports.

 ### 41. Enhances Global Customer Support Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giulio T.

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I find Fin by Intercom to be quite straightforward and user-friendly. They have a great customer support section with people available whenever you need help if you're not quite finding your footing. The software is specifically designed for customer support. The initial setup was very straightforward, and we managed it with only one team member without needing additional help. I think it was as easy as it possibly could be.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I think that sometimes understanding different audiences can be a little bit complex. I think that could be a little bit more straightforward and user-friendly. I also find sometimes that understanding the differences between the different features can be a little bit complex.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom to provide fast, quick, and accurate support to our global customers, even when I'm away from the keyboard, helping overcome time zone barriers.

 ### 42. Efficient in Automation, Improvement Needed in Resolutions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camilo A. | Content & Knowledge Manager | LLM Trainer

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like that Fin by Intercom is easy to train and has excellent tools for doing so. I also appreciate the ability to see knowledge gaps, statistics on the most discussed topics, and having access to related live chats, which greatly facilitates the work. Additionally, it reduces the response time of human agents and helps to balance the customer service workload of the agent team. Its initial setup was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Focus on resolution and not on consistency. You could find a mechanism to make 'Assumed Resolutions' clearer, sometimes the client simply leaves the chat and it is marked as 'Assumed Resolution', but it is not really known if it was resolved or not.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Intercom's Fin to automate the first customer service contact and act as a substitute for Tier 1. It reduces the response time of human agents and helps balance the workload. It makes it easier for me to see knowledge gaps and statistics on topics addressed.

 ### 43. Helps Us Answer Simple Questions Faster

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

We can help customers faster by answering simple questions.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

For technical questions, it becomes more complicated. If the customer asks to be transferred, the AI often does not hand the conversation over, meaning we still have to pay for a Fin resolution even though the customer has not actually been helped.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By answering questions that would otherwise take up our time. Customers are now helped faster and more thoroughly.

**Official Response from Kateryna Kharytonova:**

> Hi there, Bobby here, I lead the customer support team at Fin.

We want Fin to actually help solve customer problems.

Fin should be transferring (aka escalating) customers to your team if it can't solve their question, or the customer asks for a human teammate. (Unless you've instructed it not too!) So I'd love to review your setup and some conversation examples to see what's going on.

On pricing: If the customer has asked to get additional help or speak to a person, the conversation is considered 'unresolved' and you are not charged. But if the customer got an answer from Fin, and then exits the conversation, we consider that resolved.

Please email me at robert.stapleton@fin.ai and we can review together!

 ### 44. Efficient Customer Support, Needs Better Guidance Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tinsey W.

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I appreciate that Fin by Intercom has a very good understanding of questions from our customers, providing prompt and short guides when needed. What I also like is that we can set the topics that Fin should not reply to, in that case, Fin would just say that it will redirect our customers to human support. Our Fin has also very customized tones that matches with our team value :)

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

For more advanced questions, Fin sometimes improvises too much. It'd be great to set boundaries for when Fin should just not elaborate and should suggest connecting customers with human support. Also, it's currently not possible for Fin to provide guides with screenshots, and it'd be really helpful to have this function. When our team started to try more advanced features like workflows and auto follow-ups, it sometimes got hard to understand how things work.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin by Intercom resolves integration issues by effectively reading API documentation and provides guides to help center resources. It understands customer questions, offering prompt support and rerouting to human support when needed, enhancing our customer service efficiency.

 ### 45. Saves Time with Organized Documentation, Needs Easier Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TIm Z. | Director of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like how Fin by Intercom saves us time and helps keep customer conversations organized in one place. The Content and Guidance docs are particularly valuable because they are detailed and organized, making it easy to fine-tune our interactions and improve precision.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Sometimes it is hard to know where to change something in order to make Fin respond better for future conversations. When I see how Fin responds, I sometimes see something I don't like about the response and want to improve it, but I don't know exactly where I need to make that change. It took a bit of time to understand where the moving parts were and how to really deploy it.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom to centralize customer conversations and automate support. It saves me time, and I switched from Help Scout to automate support more effectively.

 ### 46. Efficient Automation with Seamless Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jelle G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I like that we can update Fin by Intercom as we go, and it uses our human support as a database along with all of our articles. When an update happens to our software, we can update Fin on the go. Our human support provides the backbone for harder-to-answer questions. The initial setup of Fin by Intercom was very easy, and one of my teammates now optimizes Fin.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I think Fin by Intercom could improve on redirecting customers to human support more quickly, especially if the system starts going in circles.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom to automatically answer customers' questions, which lowers our support load by handling easy questions and allows our team to focus on more complex issues.

 ### 47. Game-Changer for Reducing Human Workload in Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah G. | Customer Education Manager

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Fin?**

I use Fin by Intercom for customer support as the first stage when a client reaches out. It massively decreases the total conversations needing to be handled by humans. I like how you can constantly improve its resolution. The more we grow, the more conversations and topics there are that need to be answered, and the fact that you can improve Fin as we grow is very helpful. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I wish there was more understanding of the improvements they suggest and follow up on their impacts. It would be great if there was a follow-up email or reports showing how changes based on suggestions improved the number of conversations handled.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fin by Intercom for customer support, which massively decreases the total conversations needing human handling. Its ability to improve resolution as we grow is very helpful.

 ### 48. Handles Simple Queries So We Can Focus on Complex Customer Issues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fin?**

Helps to answer the simple queries we get so we can help customers with more complex issues

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

Sometimes seems to hallucinate or gives wrong info (just agrees with customers even when they are in the wrong) but is happening less than it was

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above its helping customers with the more simpole answers, things covered in our help articles etc, so we can then deal with the actual issues or more complex asks a customer might have

 ### 49. Efficient Support with Fin, Though Customization Could Improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somashekar N. | System Engineer 2, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Fin?**

Fin by Intercom distinguishes itself with its quick and precise answers, drawing directly from our own knowledge base. It has greatly decreased the number of repetitive tickets, enhanced our first-response times, and enabled our support team to dedicate more attention to complex customer issues.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

At times, Fin’s responses may come across as generic or may lack the necessary context when handling more complex queries, which sometimes makes human intervention necessary. Additionally, the customization and fine-tuning features could offer greater flexibility, especially for advanced or highly specialized support scenarios.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin by Intercom addresses the challenge of high support volumes and repetitive customer questions by delivering accurate, immediate AI-powered responses. This not only shortens response times and eases the workload for support agents, but also enhances customer satisfaction. As a result, support teams are able to dedicate more attention to complex and high-value issues.

 ### 50. Fin for a complex SaaS product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cecilia K. | Senior Customer Education Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Fin?**

The interface of intercom and Fin is very user-friendly and very easy to work with. I have worked with other help-desk vendors in the best, and intercom is by far the most intuitive. I am also very happy with the support I get from intercom when I have questions or run into blockers.

**What do you dislike about Fin?**

I am not entirely convinced about the current process for improving Fin answers. I find it hard to figure out the best way to take action on times where Fin is not answering correctly. I know this is in development, though.

**What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fin is helping us take care of some of these frequently asked questions that our support agents spend a lot of time on. We want customers to be able to get an instant reply on typical product related questions instead of waiting for a person to respond.
