It has detailed dashboards to explain the agent performance matrix. It helps in managing project costing. **What do you dislike about Fin?** There are not major reasons to dislike as it is highly recommended for delivery. It is bit expensive and it needs training for the new user to start using and get accustomed to it. **What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fin is a great process mining tool that helps in optimizing tech stack, managing remote agents and coaching. It also helps in managing team capacity and optimizing the team. ### 2. It's nice being able to look back into previous weeks to see what occurred. **What do you dislike about Fin?** 1. The playback is often buggy. There are lots of moments where the playback skips or freezes. 2. FIN takes *a lot* of resources to run, which means it often can't be run when VM's or other intense programs are running. In experimenting, I found even Google Chrome and FIN alone can slow down some normal spec machines. The resources FIN consumes also varies wildly, which makes recommending tech specs near impossible. **What problems is Fin solving and how is that benefiting you?** FIN allows us to monitor compliance much easier. Our Risk team can track exact actions better, as well as allows us to identify productivity/process errors and directly coach agents on the actions they took. ### 3.
