Not as In-Depth/Interactive as Would Like **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sarah A. | Program Manager, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2017 **What do you like best about Filtered?** It's cool that you can take a test at the beginning and "filter" out topics that you already know. **What do you dislike about Filtered?** When you filter out the topics you already know, you end up missing some of the naming language Filtered uses for the product, so as you move into topics you don't know, it's more confusing because you may not be aware of the titles they are calling toolbars, buttons, etc. For the topics you already know, the training makes sense. For the topics you don't know or want to learn more about, it is hard to understand the lesson. I wish the program had more practice and was more clear. **What problems is Filtered solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Filtered to be sure that everyone has the same level of knowledge for the Microsoft Office suite.
