Fill is a vendor management system built for consultants and contingent workers rather than high-volume temporary staffing. A hiring manager describes a need in plain language. Fill turns it into a structured request, publishes it to the company's own approved suppliers, and returns candidates in one comparable view, with rates benchmarked against the organisation's own accepted-rate history. Contracts are signed in the platform, renewals are tracked before they lapse, and every invoice is matched against the contract and the delivered time. AI agents handle intake, shortlisting, rate benchmarking, renewal tracking, invoice reconciliation and compliance checks. Every agent action is written to the record, and a human approves before anything moves. One record per consultant means procurement, finance and HR stop reconciling three versions of the same engagement. Procurement gets rate history and supplier performance, finance sees committed spend before the invoice arrives, and HR has one register of every external worker with documents and end dates attached. Fill is used as an alternative to SAP Fieldglass, Beeline and traditional managed service providers. It is EU-native, with EU data residency, a GDPR posture and ISO 27001 readiness, and customer data is not used to train models. Pricing is a flat platform fee with a free marketplace tier, not a percentage markup on contract value. Implementation is typically four to six weeks.
