State franchise registries don't send alerts - you have to check manually or miss it. Existing FDD tools sell you a lookup or a static library; none of them tell you what changed. FilingWatch runs a full-registry diff every capture cycle and surfaces exactly three things: new filings, status changes, and nothing you already knew. Weekly digest starting with the Wisconsin franchise registry. $79/month, currently open for waitlist signups (no payment required to join).
