And while I am not the one responsible for putting those page PDFs onto FileZilla, it is a joy using it to download and save those PDFs. A simple few clicks and within minutes all the PDFs are onto my flash drive. The layout is perfectly uncomplicated with two sides – the side you wish to download to and the side you wish to download from. It is very easy to use and user friendly performance is very good even though it is opensource the quality of the application is very good we used this application in our project to upload few process files in the back end over all it is a very user friendly application **What do you dislike about FileZilla?** Till date I dint find any negative about the application **Recommendations to others considering FileZilla:** FileZilla is the best FTP(File Transfer Protocol) I ever used **What problems is FileZilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using FileZilla made us uploading the files to the server and downloading the file to local system very easy and simple just we need to provide username, host, server,password using this can quick connect to the server ### 44. I manage many websites uploaded to the different servers and different web hosting services. I can easily access all of my servers and manage those files around. I like the file replacing options when I updating my website codes that allows to compare last modified date and sizes. And I can also edit files and change file permissions by using the same app. **What do you dislike about FileZilla?** Currently I don't face any real big issues with it, I mainly use this to upload my website code and development related files. **Recommendations to others considering FileZilla:** Easy, lightweight and cross platform. I use it on my both windows and mac machines. I like it's multi tab working environment when I work access with multiple servers at the sam time. And I like the file replacing options that allows to compare last modified date and sizes. It has also good community and updates very often. It just simply does it's job very well nothing more. **What problems is FileZilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is very lightweight and easy to use. I saved all the web hosting service access with it so I can easily access to those services to manage files. Sometimes I it is very easy to access my codes with FileZilla to edit and upload again than editing it on the editors or IDE. And I use it change file permissions. Very handy. ### 45. It is also light and can run in the background when you are uploading or backing up your web files without eating too much resources. Best FTP application for windows **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Joel P. | Market Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2019 **What do you like best about FileZilla?** Filezilla is very lightweight and very easy to use, it's like any other ordinary explorer and the interface is self-explanatory with not much experience needed to work with it. the option to change the file permissions is absolutely great when you're trying to solve network issues. the pricing scheme is amazing, the basic version is free so that everyone can use it, even for the free version it's actually very affordable. when you connect to your server, it saves the credentials and helps you to quickly connect to the server afterwards which is a time saver. also you can manage multiple FTP accounts and switch between them with ease and its a really great feature especially when you got many servers to manage. the drag and drop option is another really amazing feature to save time. the file tree hierarchy is very helpful when exploring the file system. **What do you dislike about FileZilla?** there is no option to schedule the file uploads or site migrations. there is no trash or bin for you to recover the files in case you delete one accidentally. **Recommendations to others considering FileZilla:** i highly recommend this tool to anyone trying to access their FTP accounts. **What problems is FileZilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filezilla is a free FTP tool i use to connect with my servers in google cloud. usually, it's hard to access the files of the google cloud using the SSH and that's why I moved to Filezilla, it's much faster and easy to manage files with it. ### 49.
